So I was wondering if I could ask someone(s) out there for a favor. We think it would be a good idea to contact organizations one week prior to being listed so that they know what it is that Search Kindly is trying to do for them. We'd also like to explain to them how easy it is for their organization to raise money for itself just by contacting its supporters and spreading the word to vote in the coming week's poll.
I've set up a shared document through Google Docs and was hoping that maybe some of you could help with editing and adding to the short message that we are currently using. The links to the published web page are:

There are two pages because there are two messages. The first message is to be sent one week prior to the charity being listed. The second message will be sent on the first day of the active poll. I've already added something to both shared documents, but it could definitely use some editing.
